Our check in time is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm.
Early check in is subjected to availability of the room and late check out is not allowed.
Yes, we collect a RM 100 damage deposit per cabin/chalet which will be returned when you check out.
All bookings are non-refundable.
We do not allow pets at the resort.
There is public parking outside the resort. Parking is free of charge but at the risk of the vehicle owners.
Yes, we do. However, do take note that due to the location of our resort, the internet speed may be inconsistent.
No, but you can request for meals.
- RM 90 for 3 meals (1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch & 1 Dinner)
- RM 15 for refreshments (1 Tea break)
- BBQ add-on dinner option is available at RM 80 per pax.
- Steamboat dinner option is available at RM 60 per pax.
The above requests have to be made at least 3 days before your stay. Alternatively, you can make use of food delivery services.
No, we do not have cooking facilities for guests to use.
Yes, you can. Please note that you are encouraged to have your meals at the Johor Hall so that the cleanliness of the rooms can be maintained.

Yes, we collect 30% deposit upon booking confirmation. The remainder will need to be paid at least 7 days before the stay.
Our rate for rental are as follows:
- 8 Hours - RM 1500
- 16 Hours - RM 3000

The duration of the hall usage can be split into separate session
You will first need to rent the hall, followed by the below charges:
- RM 500 for first 3 hours
- RM 100/hour for every additional hour thereafter
